Endurica
Endurica generates a deterministic run and lift plan from your schedule, equipment, and recovery, then guides each session on iPhone and Apple Watch. When your life changes, the plan is recomputed rather than improvised.
Planning
You tell Endurica your goals, your weekly availability, the equipment you have, and where you're starting from. The plan is generated on-device: sessions are scheduled, paces and loads are set, and concrete workouts are precomputed for the weeks ahead.
Training plans are not fixed artifacts. Miss a session, move a rest day, or come back from a hard week, and the plan is rebuilt around what actually happened — so the guidance stays realistic instead of drifting from your life.
Training
Structured sessions — easy days, tempo, intervals, long runs — with pacing targets set from your fitness. Voice and haptic cues keep you on pace during the session, and splits, zones, and interval timing are handled for you.
Sessions with sets, reps, weight, and effort logged per set using RIR/RPE. Rest timing is managed automatically, and progression is tracked from one session to the next.
Running and lifting are scheduled together with the interference between them taken into account. The plan balances both so they complement each other rather than compete.
Recovery & progress
A daily readiness view combines HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and training load so you can tell when to push and when to back off. Progress is split into body, training, and logbook surfaces — PRs, projections, and trends — rather than a single wall of numbers.
Apple
Browse and start workouts from the wrist. Runs and lifts run on-device, and an interrupted session is recoverable rather than lost.
Planned sessions, training load, recovery, and an active-workout Live Activity are one glance away on the home screen.
Workouts and biometrics import and export through HealthKit, so readiness and recovery are informed by your real data. Calendar sync and Strava upload are available as optional integrations.
Privacy
Endurica is designed to work with on-device data and does not require an account. Data syncs across iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets through Apple services. It is not sold and is not shared with data brokers.
